Turn left onto the track at the car park fence, and follow it around the perimeter of the wood.

Crossing the cattle grid, continue along the drive through the woods beyond.

Various paths join and leave the drive, but stay on it as it crosses another cattle grid and leaves the woodland to travel around the edge of fields.

As the drive heads back into woodland, ignore the tracks to left and right, leading to fields, and carry on along it.

Continue along the drive as more paths leave and join it. Across the field to your right are the ruins of the original house, and the private chapel.

Eventually the drive comes to an end at a T-junction onto a farm track, with Columbjohn Farm to your right. Turn left onto the track and walk about ½ mile (800m) to the end of this track.

Turn left here and follow the track until you come to the gate on your right, leading back into the park and towards Killerton House.

Going through the gate, make your way past the House to pick up the main drive beyond, and walk back down it to the stables.
