Start point

Main visitor car park, Killerton

Step 1

Come out of the car park towards the entrance gate. Turn right onto the main road. If you're walking, be careful when crossing the road. Cross over towards the wooden gate opposite, into Sparrow Park, continuing along the path to the gate at the end.

Step 2

Head through the wooden gate and carry on along the main road, past the cottage with the old telephone box to your right. If you're cycling, please dismount to cross the motorway bridge.

Step 3

Once over the bridge, take the first right (before the T-junction), also signed for Newhall Equestrian Centre. Follow the pathway for a while, then you will see a wooden waymark directing you right to a footpath off the main path. Follow this around a cottage and continue until you reach the main road.

Step 4

From the main road, take the first right and follow the path.

Step 5

Once you come to a number of farm houses you will see a wooden gate. Go through it and keep going forward towards a second gate; go through this and follow the path.

Step 6

Eventually the path will turn right. Continue to follow this path until you reach the mill.

Step 7

From the mill you can continue to Broadclyst village, or turn around and repeat the route back to Killerton.
