When you arrive at Lantic Bay car park, see if you can find the play trail hidden up on the grass bank under the trees. You can also have an extra bit of fun as you scamper down to Lansallos beach on the play trail down the path from the village to the beach.
Take a paddle in the sea at Lantic, the water is usually crystal blue and refreshing. The bay is off the beaten track, so bring a picnic so you can stay a little longer and to give you fortification to get back up the hill again at the end of the day.
The bay isn't lifeguarded, so make sure you stay safe and check the tide and weather conditions.
Have a great beach day
