Health walks and Nordic Walking

In conjunction with Kirklees Council, weekly health and Nordic walks start from the Information room in the Old Goods Yard. Fancy a gentle stroll in the countryside? Why not join a health walk for a two to four mile sociable stroll, suitable for all ages and abilities. Nordic walking is a great way of walking, with poles, which gives great all round exercise and reduces stress on joints. Give it a go!
