Paintings are on the move and repairs are being made in the Long Gallery. It means that it will be closed at times during March, but when it reopens everyone will be able to enjoy it as originally intended when the house was first built in 1602.
A project is underway that will mean the Long Gallery is even lighter and brighter than it already is.
