Castaway is a camping weekend where you'll be cut off from the world, in a unique opportunity to visit Northey Island at high tide.

Our annual camping weekend will take place later than usual on the 31 August - 2 September 2018. Tickets are SOLD OUT, thank you for your support.
As a Castaway you'll be cut off from the world, in a unique opportunity to visit Northey Island at high tide and experience this special place as a true island. There will be stalls and activities to enjoy all day on Saturday, with a beer tent and hot food all weekend and live music on Saturday night.

Camping with family and friends

Enjoy the great outdoors with family and friends, you can even bring the dog. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times.

Activities available on Saturday for all ages, along with a bar and hog roast for those in need of refreshment.

Caring for the coast

Northey is supported by the National Trust’s Neptune coastal campaign. Please help us care for Northey Island’s wildlife by taking your rubbish home from the campsite as we adopt a ‘leave no trace’ approach. 

Experience the Castaway Soundscape

Last year our Community Involvement volunteer Dennis went about recording the essence of Castaway. He then worked with Matt Dunbar to create a soundscape to capture Castaway. Here it is...
