Father's Day at Nuffield Place

Nuffield Place house with spring flowers blooming in front of it

Father’s Day is a day for celebrating will all the family, and this Sunday 17 June at Nuffield Place we’re putting on a party to celebrate. There’ll be a hog roasting, vintage cars on display and a brass band playing, so it’s sure to be a day jam-packed full of fun.

A pig and a drink

This year Nuffield Place will invite National Trust tenant farmer Nick to bring you a hogroast slow cooked to perfection, or grab something sweet or refreshing from the tearoom. So why not treat your dad or grandad to lunch this Father’s day, he’s earned it.

Classic car display

As the former home of Morris Motor Company owner William Morris, Nuffield Place is rich in motoring history, and this year we want to celebrate Lord Nuffield as the father of the modern British motoring industry.

Nuffield Place will become home to classic examples of Morris cars for the day, including a Bullnose Tractor, a TR4 Bus, a Nuffield Tractor and a selection of Classic cars from Morris’s to Oxford Tourers, which will be on display in front of the house.
