Join the team at Packwood this October half term for a whole week of fiendish fun and frights for the whole family to enjoy on our Halloween trail between Saturday 26 October – Sunday 3 November, £2.50 per trail.

Join us this October half term for lots of outdoor activities and discover Packwood's Welly Walk with our trail all about local folklore stories. Find all the clues and complete the trail to receive a tasty treat and activity booklet to complete at home.

Pop along to the café for a Halloween themed treat and colouring sheets to keep the little ones busy!

Visitors can discover all sorts of activities to tick off their '50 Things to do before you're 11¾' list this October half term. Whether it’s finding a way to catch a falling leaf, building a den or collecting conkers to challenge a friend to a game, Packwood has lots of space and nature to explore! In the shop there are books to identify trees, birds and bugs and binoculars and magnifiers to get closer to those creepy crawlies!

The gardeners at Packwood have also been growing an abundance of bright orange pumpkins in the Kitchen Garden ready for October half term. Fortunately, they have many uses and may also end up as delicious soup in our café.

So, crunch through the fallen leaves, admire the autumnal colours in the changing landscape and don't forget to sample a warm bowl of pumpkin soup or orange hot chocolate in the Garden Kitchen Café after you've finished your trail.

Our Halloween trail takes place from Saturday 26 October – Sunday 3 November from 11am – 3.30pm. Each trail costs £2.50 and children will receive sweets and a take home craft and an activity and quiz sheet for the fun to continue at home.
