Spot til you drop
Lots of people enjoy looking out for things as they walk around Parke
Throughout the year, there's always something to look out for.
- In the spring and summer, you could try your hand at some leaf, tree and wild flower id or, if you prefer living creatures see what types of butterfly, birds and bees you can spot.
- In the autumn and winter, you can see if you can identify a tree by its bark or twigs and look out for beetles and bugs.
This year, the National Trust at Parke has taken part in the Great British Bee Count and the Big Butterfly Count.
If you'd like to have a go, pick up a spotter sheet from the National Trust van in the car park before you set off on a walk.
