Tree walk
Join a guide to learn about the trees of Dyrham Park in the garden and to the east side of the house. The walk will look at native trees and later introductions as well as tree fashions in the 17th century.

Find out how wood from a variety of trees was used for the maintenance of the estate and also for furniture and fitments in the house. The walk will also touch on current conservation issues and how the garden team manages them, as well as how the trees are used as habitats for wildlife. Please be aware that this walk has a limited number of places. Collect a ticket from the walks board near the entrance to the garden to reserve your space.

Guided parkland walks
A volunteer guide will lead you around the 270 acres of parkland to learn more about the site's deer herd, history, archaeology, management and significance. At 10.30am and 1.30pm on selected days. From 25 Oct 2026, walks will be at 11am only.
