A delightful second hand bookshop and a selection of home grown plants are available for purchase next door to the Reed Barn.

We have a beautiful selection of plants for your garden, some of which are grown right here on the estate.

Second-hand bookshop

The second-hand bookshop is located nextdoor to The Reed Barn at Peckover.

It boasts a great selection of pre-loved books for you to browse and find your next book you can’t wait to curl up with.

Money raised from the bookshop has enabled the team to acquire items from Peckovers original collection, as well as carrying out vital conservation work.

Like to donate? All books have been kindly donated by our supporters and we are always on the lookout for new donations. If you have any good-quality books, jigsaws or CDs that you’d like to donate, please email polly.mallett@nationaltrust.org.uk

Reed Barn Tea-room

Please note that the Tea Room is currently closed until the new year.

Located in the atmospheric 17th-century thatched Reed Barn in the garden, the tea-room is open seasonally serving hot and cold drinks, cakes and light bites.
