Second-hand bookshop

Explore new worlds, rediscover childhood favourites or pick up some tips and tricks, all while helping to look after Dunham Massey. All money raised through our second-hand bookshop will go towards our work with children and young people, supporting the sharing of conservation knowledge, and creating positive experiences in nature.

Our second-hand bookshop can be found in the Visitor Centre, in the reception area. Pop in and discover a treasure trove of fiction and non-fiction.

Sir Oliver's second-hand bookcorner has been a recent addition, located on the first floor of the Stables Restaurant buiding, right next to the lift. Pick up your next reading title as you walk your way for a refreshing drink and treat.

If you'd like to donate any unwanted books for others to fall in love with, and help support our conservation work, please bring them into the Welcome Desk at the Visitor Centre on your next visit – we'd particularly love some children's books to inspire the next generation of readers. Thank you.
