The wall paintings and protective marks at Little Moreton Hall are how the Moreton family showcased who they were, what they celebrated and what they feared. Grab a free spotter guide from the Welcome Building to help you discover more about Tudor interior design and the similarities you might have in your own homes today.
Please return the guides to the Welcome Building before you leave.

Head to the Welcome Building to pick up a free 'Design Detective' spotter guide. Please return these here before you leave so other people can use them.
- What to bring and wear
Please dress for the weather on the day and sturdy footwear is always advised due to the uneven nature of the floors.
- Accessibility
Blue Badge parking. Accessible toilet. Steep spiral staircases, uneven floors and cobbled courtyard. Powered Mobility Vehicles and motorised wheelchairs with a maximum width of 0.5 metres can enter the lower level of Little Moreton Hall. Manual wheelchairs are available to borrow.
- Other
Free spotter guide available all year round Feb-Oct, collect your guide from the Welcome Building in the main car par. No pencil required. Please return the guides back to the Welcome Building before you leave for other people to use when they visit.
