Pretty Muddy 5K

Join hundreds of men, women and kids at Pretty Muddy in aid of Cancer Research UK.

Climb, crawl and slide your way around the Pretty Muddy® obstacle course at your own pace. 5k is just over 3 miles and can take about an hour to complete on average, but there's no pressure to finish in a certain time – it's all designed for fun! Get muddy as an individual or with a group of friends or family, act like a big kid and raise money for life-saving cancer research.

Meeting point

Directions to the Showground will be given on entry to the parkland.

What to bring and wear

Please wear appropriate outdoor running clothes. The parkland will be muddy, so appropriate shoes are essential.

Accessibility

Parking spaces for blue badge holders are available near the starting site.

Other

The course is mainly on grass with some gravel sections. Ground conditions are generally very poor so extreme caution is needed when taking part. There are various elevation changes however these are not excessive.
