Join a fun, free and friendly trail run around the beautiful Godolphin estate. Two loops of 5km with stunning views throughout. Post run refreshments and cake available from the tea-room. And this December join us for the Tinsel10 where Christmas fancy dress is welcome and highly encouraged!
Recommended age of runners is over 14. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
- Meeting point
Registration opens from 8.30am, pre-run briefing is at 8.55am at the Welcome Hut and the run starts at 9am. Tea-room opens at 10am for post run refreshments.
- What to bring and wear
This is a multi-terrain trail run, so we recommend trail shoes for clambering over the hedges and negotiating the mud. It's also smart to bring water or other liquids to rehydrate.
We welcome everyone to give the Trust10 at Godolphin a go, but be aware that it's not a flat parkrun-style event and does include going to the top of Godolphin Hill.
Well-behaved dogs are welcome, but must be kept under control and on a fixed lead, (not an extendable one), at all times. This is due to livestock being present on the route. If cattle approach then you should let your dog go. Parking charges apply. National Trust members can park for free by scanning their membership card.
Venture into Godolphin House and discover the rich history within the walls of this once great mining powerhouse. Find out more about those who lived here at lives they lead in what was once Cornwall's largest and finest house.
