Nordic Walking for people living with Parkinson’s

Join our friendly Nordic walking group for people living with Parkinson’s, meeting every fortnight at Lanhydrock.

Join us every fortnight at Lanhydrock for Nordic walking, fresh air, gentle exercise and friendly company.

Led by an experienced instructor, with support from National Trust staff and volunteers, the sessions are welcoming and supportive, whatever stage you’re at.

Sessions last approximately one hour, and afterwards you’re welcome to stay for tea, coffee and cake with the group.

Your first session is free, with sessions costing £5 thereafter.

Meet outside Park Café, with easy access from the main car park and toilets available on site.
