Walks for Health at Lanhydrock

Join a friendly weekly walk at Lanhydrock, supporting physical and mental wellbeing through gentle exercise, fresh air and company.

  • Booking not needed
  • Free event

Join us every Wednesday at 11am for a friendly Walk for Health at Lanhydrock, in partnership with NHS Bosvena and Three Harbours PCN.

The walks are open to anyone who feels they could benefit from walking to support their physical and mental wellbeing. It’s a chance to get moving, spend time outdoors, have a chat and meet other people.

Meet outside the Park Café at 11am. Walks last around one hour at a slow to medium pace and take in tarmac, gravel and dirt paths, with some hills. Some of the route is suitable for wheelchairs and mobility vehicles.

There’s no need to book - just come along and join the group. Dogs are welcome.
