FLOCK!

An exhibition of birds, movement, memory and landscape presented by This Is Nation.

  • Booking not needed
  • Free event

FLOCK! is a two-day interactive exhibition exploring our connections to birds, landscape, migration and belonging through sound, making and shared stories.

Created with students from Bodmin College and staff from Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, the exhibition brings together voices, archive material, wildlife and creative responses inspired by Bodmin Moor and the changing landscapes around us.

Inside The Hub visitors will discover:

- sound recordings gathered through workshops and conversations - taxidermy birds and ornithological material from Cornwall Museum and Art Gallery - archive material and historical references from Kresen Kernow - a growing collaborative installation shaped by visitors across the weekend

In the surrounding grounds, a small flock of handmade starlings created by workshop participants installed within nature. To find out more visit: thisisnation.org
