As part of this social walks series, everyone is welcome to join us for a gentle walk from the Fairground car park taking in Nansloe and the new woodland planting. This walk is approximately 3 miles in total and will take around 2 hours.
The walks are led by volunteer walk leaders and offer the opportunity for anybody to spend time in nature and meet new people. Everyone is welcome, of all abilities and experience, and the walk leader will facilitate the walk to ensure everybody feels comfortable.

The basics
- Accessibility
This route includes uneven ground, possibly steps and stiles. Toilets are not available on this route but there are toilets at the Boating Lake, near to the start and finish.
- Meeting point
The walk will start at the Fairground car park in Helston. Parking charges apply. Meet at the road side of the car park.
- Suitability for children
Children welcome, adult supervision required at all times.
- What to bring and wear
Wear clothing suitable for all weather, ideally layers with waterproofs and comfortable, sturdy footwear.
- Other
Dogs welcome, please keep them under close control and on a lead.
