Coastal Connections: Creative walk

Join us at Pentire headland for a walk in nature and a chance to get creative. Suitable for all abilities, no previous experience necessary. Free mini-bus transport available from mid-Cornwall. The events are run in partnership with Wild Wonder and Wisdom CIC. The session will be delivered by trained staff and volunteers in a friendly, group setting.

Accessibility

Blue Badge parking, accessible toilet and Changing Places available. The session will involve walking along uneven ground and there may be some steps.

Meeting point

Meet at the courtyard next to the main car park at Pentireglaze (PL27 6QY). Parking charges apply - free for National Trust members and Blue Badge holders.

What to bring and wear

We’ll be walking along the coast path so wear strong shoes and suitable clothing for the weather, i.e. hats & sunscreen or coats in case of rain.

Other

There are toilets, covered seating and a National Trust café serving snacks, hot and cold drinks. These sessions aim to explore how people can enjoy and benefit from Cornwall's beautiful coastal environments. Participants will have the opportunity to enjoy guided walks, discover local wildlife, do some gentle yoga or take part in creative nature-based activities to experience the wellbeing benefits of spending time outdoors.
