Sunrise walk at Trelissick
In partnership with Cornwall Mind we're inviting you to join us for a gentle, free sunrise walk to raise awareness and support Mental Health Awareness Week 2026.
- Booking advisable
- Free event
Every sunrise brings a new beginning. Just like each day mental health is a journey - small steps, hope and self-care can make a difference.
On Friday 15 May we invite you to embrace the sunrise, breathe in the fresh morning air and give your wellbeing a gentle boost. This is a walk for everyone - a chance to reconnect with yourself, with others and with the world around you. Whether you come for the walk, the conversation, or simply the quiet of the morning, you’re very welcome to join us.
We will start by watching the sunrise (or the break of day if it is cloudy) at the front of the house followed by a walk through the garden and on through the south woodland walk.
To take part please book your free space.
