Join the volunteer walking team on a free guided mindfulness walk from Brownstone car park to the Day Mark and back. Spend time tuning into your senses on the quiet half of this walk, admiring the little things and backdrop of birdsong, before a chatty sociable walk on the return.
This walk is approx 1.5km long on accessible routes, and its a beginner friendly walk.
