Guided mindulness walk

Embrace the arrival of spring blossom with a guided mindfulness walk in the garden at Coleton Fishacre.

  • Booking not needed
  • Free event (admission applies)

Switch off and join us on a guided walk through the garden, taking in the springtime blossom and blooms as we practice mindful walking. Making the most of the season, the walk will be an easy, relaxed pace engaging the senses away from distractions.

The walk takes place on mostly accessible routes, with some slight slopes and steps, and will last around 30 minutes. We recommend weather appropriate clothing and sturdy footwear.
