Folk on the Lawn

Set in front of the house, bring a chair or a blanket and join us at Killerton for an evening of folk music with Rhillig and Geoff Lakeman

  • Booking essential

Rhillig are a Devon-based folk duo featuring Phil and Mahrey. They perform songs and instrumental music on fiddles, guitars, mandolin, recorder and bodhran - a mixture of styles including foot-tapping fiddle tunes, beautiful ballads and haunting slow airs.

Geoff Lakeman is a Cornishman and a leading exponent of the rare and fiendishly difficult-to-play Crane duet concertina. He performs self-written and west country songs, English, Irish and Scottish folk, Americana and other music.

There will be space to dance or sit back, relax and enjoy the music. This is an outdoor event, set in front of the house, bring a chair or blanket and join us for an evening of folk music with Rhillig and Geoff Lakeman. Settle in for the evening and enjoy drinks from The Little Brew Box and food from Crosses Grill and Crosses Ice Cream (no outside catering or picnics please)

Come along and enjoy the music!

This is an outdoor event, so please bring a chair or blanket to sit on, and dress for the weather!

Tickets £9.50 per person.

Dogs on a short lead are welcome at this event. Please book your dog a free ticket as spaces are limited in consideration of others.
