Outdoor Yoga - Slow Flow with Bex

Immerse yourself in the great outdoors and join us for an outdoor yoga session guided by teachers from Willand-based Ascend Coaching.

  • Booking essential

Set in the beauty of Killerton's garden; surrounded with blooms, feel the freshly cut grass beneath your feet, and take part in an invigorating yoga class.

Each session will be led by either Bre, Ascend co-founder, or Bex, an instructor at Ascend.

Originally drawn to yoga as a way to reset and reconnect with her body, Ascend co-founder Bre teaches flowing Vinyasa sessions that combine movement, breath, and strength - creating space to feel present, energised, and more at ease.

Bex teaches a slower yoga flow drawing inspiration from vinyasa and yin yoga. In her class you'll move slowly with breath - flowing through low-to-the-ground shapes before settling into stillness.

This session is suitable for everyone whether you're completely new to yoga or returning to the mat. The session will take place outdoors, offering the chance to stretch, move, and breathe in rhythm with the natural landscape. It’s a relaxed and welcoming space for all, set in Killerton’s historic garden.

Bring your own yoga mat if you have one or opt to feel the grass beneath your feet.

This event is suitable for 16+.

Tickets £6.00 per person including a cup of tea at the end of the session.

Booking essential. A National Trust membership is not required for this session.

The next upcoming date will be added after each session.
