Big Butterfly Count at Killerton
Take part in Butterfly Conservation's Big Butterfly Count at Killerton
- Booking not needed
- Free event (admission applies)
We’re taking part in this year’s Big Butterfly Count for Butterfly Conservation… Are you? Between 17 July and 18 August, we want you to help us save butterflies and moths by taking 15 minutes to stop and count the butterflies in your area or on the Killerton Estate. Whether it’s in the middle of Ashclyst Forest or the view from your window, we want to build a better understanding of our local wildlife, but we can’t do this without your help.
Head to the Big Butterfly Count website: www.bigbutterflycount.butterfly-conservation.org/about to down load the free iRecord Butterflies app. It will guide you through the identification of any butterfly that you see in the UK and allow you to add your sighting to millions of other valuable records that inform the work of Butterfly Conservation.
Show evidence of your butterfly counting to the café team to collect your free thank you drink from the café.
