Ranger Walk-Killerton Bridleways

With more than 26km of bridleways across the Killerton Estate, there are plenty of routes for riders and cyclists to enjoy. Join Area Ranger Griselda for a walk through Ashclyst Forest and explore some of these pathways.

With more than 26km of bridleways across the Killerton Estate, there are plenty of routes for riders and cyclists to enjoy. Join Area Ranger Griselda for a free guided walk through Ashclyst Forest and explore some of these pathways.

Learn about access across the whole estate and discover the different ways we are working to enhance and improve it. Along the way, take in the sights and sounds of the forest and experience the landscape from a different perspective.

This walk is approximately 4.5km, appr. 2 hours

Terrain: Mixed terrain on forestry tracks/uneven routes with steep terrain in places.

Children over 12, accompanied by an adult welcome.

Dogs on a lead are welcome.

This walk is free of charge but booking is essential.

A National Trust membership is not needed to take part in this walk.

Please wear waterproof walking boots or shoes and dress for the weather.
