Guided walk at Parke: Orchids & Wildflowers

A gentle guided walk to identify some of Parke's beautiful wildflowers

Join National Trust volunteer and local Wildlife Warden, David, to explore the estate during the peak of May's wildflowers. In particular we will focus on the Southern Marsh Orchid which flourishes in our wet meadows.

The walk is aimed at adults but older children may enjoy it too

What to bring and wear

Please come dressed for all weather conditions. Sturdy footwear is a must. You may like to bring some water or a snack.

Accessibility

We will wander for a total of around 1.5 miles over uneven terrain. Unfortunately it is not suitable for those with high accessibility needs but please do get in touch to discuss so that we can support you.

Other

There are toilets and a café at the start and end of the walk.
