Journey through elegant rooms and remarkable collections as we explore the lives of the Parker family and those who called Saltram home. From grand interiors to carefully chosen objects, each space reveals stories of wealth, taste, and daily life across the centuries. Join us to uncover the people behind the house and the details that bring their world vividly to life. This tour is part of a weeks programme of events to say thank you to volunteers across Plymouth, but all visitors are welcome to book if you wish to join.

Meet at the Welcome Centre at 12:50pm, tour starts at 1pm.

Accessibility

Tour may include some small steps. If you have any accessibility requirements regarding this tour, please email saltramvolunteering@nationaltrust.org.uk and we will endeavour to make any possible adjustments.

Other

If possible, please bring an evidence of your volunteering as reference for free entry into the house and garden, offered alongside this free tour as part of volunteers thank you week across Plymouth. All other visitors are welcome to book this tour, however admission charges will still apply if not a National Trust member.
