Mother’s Day Nasturtium Planting
Plant a little magic this Mother’s Day. Join us at Corfe Castle to pot your own nasturtium seeds
- Booking not needed
- Free event (admission applies)
Bring your Mum, Grandma, or a special someone for a special Mother’s Day activity at Corfe Castle. Plant nasturtium seeds in your very own eco‑pot while surrounded by the atmospheric ruins of a 1,000‑year‑old fortress. Long ago, people living in and around Corfe Castle would have grown nasturtiums for healing medicines so you’ll be planting a flower with a fascinating past. Take your pot home, give it some sunshine and water, and watch your nasturtium grow. Children under 5 must be supervised by a responsible adult. Seeds, compost and pots are provided. This activity is free, but donations are welcome.
