Clean and Green Family Day
Join us at Knoll Beach, Studland, for a fun-filled, family-friendly celebration of Great Big Green Week and World Oceans Day!
- Booking not needed
- Free event
Meet Percy the Plesiosaur and Oly Rush, the inspiring founder of Project Planet Earth. Discover his incredible extreme swim challenges and learn how he’s raising awareness about plastic pollution in our oceans. Dorset Coast Forum will also be with us to share fascinating insights into the protection of sea grass and the precious seahorses of Studland—plus, you might even win a cuddly seahorse toy!
Come along anytime between 10:30 AM and 3:00 PM and dive into exciting activities for kids. Hunt for lost characters in the sand table, embark on a beach scavenger hunt, explore fascinating beach finds, and, of course, meet Percy—a prehistoric marvel crafted from beach-clean plastics!
At 12:30 PM, take part in our big beach clean. Grab some gloves and pickers, and join us for a rewarding walk along the beach and dunes as we work together to keep our coastline clean and beautiful.
Don't miss this chance to make a difference while having a fantastic day by the sea—we can’t wait to see you there!
