Festival of Archaeology – Expert-led Walk

Step back in time on a 3-mile guided walk led by professional archaeologist Dr Wendy Morrison, Heritage & Archaeology Manager for the Chilterns National Landscape.

Explore the rich history of Dunstable Downs and Five Knolls, as Dr Morrison highlights archaeological features in the landscape: from prehistoric burial grounds to more recent remnants of the past. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn how to spot the signs of ancient activity hidden in plain sight.

Not accessible or suitable for children – separate family walk is available.
