Join Debbie from Swan School of Tai Chi & Qigong as they take you through the ancient Chinese tradition that, today, is practised as a graceful form of exercise all over the world.

The session will start promptly at 9.30am, please arrive at Hidcote at 9.15 and head to the visitor reception.

£12 per person. These sessions are suitable for all capabilities aged 16+.

What to bring and wear

We recommend that during the winter months warm clothes, gloves and hardy footwear is worn as the sessions will take place in the garden.

Accessibility

Sessions do involve moving around the garden. However, where possible they will take place along the Hidcote accessible garden route. Please let Hidcote or the instructor know of any access requirements in advance.
