Christmas sound bath at Newark Park
Step away from the festive rush and unwind with soothing sounds beside decorated trees and a crackling wood burner in a beautiful historic setting.
- Booking essential
Set inside the house, beautifully decorated with Christmas trees, candlelight and greenery, let the resonance of sound bowls transport you to a place of deep relaxation. This sound sanctuary experience is designed to take you on a journey of relaxation, through a variety of instruments including crystal bowls, drums, xylophones, and chimes as we rest deeply surrounded by festive decorations. A mat, cushion and blankets will all be provided along with a warm non-alcoholic drink upon arrival. Guidance: These sessions are not suitable for those with sound induced epilepsy, have a pacemaker fitted, or a severe heart condition. If you are unsure whether this session is suitable for you, please consult your GP for advice before booking.
