Turn Your Family Walk into a Full-Body Adventure!
Ever fancied getting more from your family walk? Nordic walking with poles might be just the thing!
It’s not just walking — it’s a full-body workout that makes your stroll more purposeful. You’ll go further, faster, and even those hills will feel like a breeze.
Boost fitness, improve coordination and play fun games with the kids, all while enjoying the outdoors!
Children love the energy and rhythm of walking with poles — and you'll love how active and engaged they become. Come and give it a go with Evie, a certified British Nordic Walking Instructor based in Stroud. She runs friendly beginner courses and weekly walking sessions for all ages and abilities. Join us at Woodchester Park each Thursday through August.
