Get active with a magical, jungle themed, yoga adventure! We will explore the space through different shapes, moves and sounds, seeing what animals we can find along the way. This will be a fun and gentle introduction into yoga and mindfulness lead by Kat Hutchings.
Kat Hutchings is a yoga teacher with over 15 years experience practising yoga. She qualified in both Ashtanga and Vinyasa Yoga at Sampoorna Yoga, Goa gaining her 200hr qualification. Kat teaches classes for all levels and abilities in and around Southampton. Her passion for yoga started when she was a teenager and has been practicing ever since. Kat believes that yoga is for everyone and aims to make her classes inclusive and welcoming to all.
