Vocal Eyes will lead a small group on an audio described tour with extra visual description through selected rooms of the house at Chartwell.
Discover the history and stories of Chartwell, the home of Sir Winston Churchill and his family for over 40 years.
The tour will last approximately 1 hour. This tour will be conducted in audio description, suitable for our blind or visually impaired visitors.

The tour includes several steps both between rooms and up staircases. Visitors should be prepared to be standing for 45 minutes.

Please head to the Visitor Centre on arrival with your booking details to collect your tickets.

• Please book one ticket per person. Children under 5 don’t need a ticket. • Members park free but non-members will need to pay where there are pay machines or at the Visitor Centre. Campervans are welcome but not permitted to stay overnight and we're unable to welcome caravans at this time. • If you arrive late, we can’t guarantee you entry. • Check the property website before you travel to see which facilities are open for your visit. • Tickets are for your use and cannot be resold. • The time listed is for your entry into the house, not the site - please arrive anytime from 10am.
