Starting at Chartwell, this 7.5-mile walk will loop around Mariners Hill, before taking in French Street and Toys Hill. There will be a short break at Emmetts Garden before heading back to Chartwell.
Parking at Chartwell is free for those taking part in this walk.
Normal admission or National Trust membership applies for those who would like to visit Chartwell and/or Emmetts Garden after the walk.

The basics

Suitable for adults and children over 11 with adult supervision.
- Meeting point
Meet in the car park of Chartwell. What3Words: ///woke.frogs.goats
- What to bring and wear
Please bring sturdy footwear appropriate for the weather.
- Accessibility
Introductory walk. This walk takes place in the woods so expect uneven paths, steep inclines and muddy surfaces. There are toilets at the start and end of the walk as well as during the short break at Emmetts Garden.
- Other
This walk is open to anyone who enjoys walking and to existing Ramblers. Dogs welcome but are the responsibility of the owner and should be kept on a lead.
