Emmetts Garden Autumn Festival: Children’s Fairground

Join us this autumn half term for the return of the popular traditional fairground rides at Emmetts Garden, featuring a new ride for this season. This event is part of the Emmetts Garden Autumn Festival.

Join us this half term for the return of the popular traditional fairground at Emmetts Garden, bringing classic rides and family fun to you this autumn.

Local fairground operator Lee Sherwood brings a carousel, swing boats and a teacup ride to Emmetts Garden this season.

Ticketing information:

Fairground access is £10 per wristband per day. This allows a child to go on the rides throughout the day.

You can also take advantage of a combined ticket for £12 which includes a fairground wristband and a Fun-Gus Family Activity Trail booklet (normally £3).

Rides will be open from 10am, with the last ride starting at 3:30pm.

Maximum 10 children per ride.

Wristbands and combined tickets are available to purchase on the day from the Visitor Centre.

Rides are suitable for children aged: 2-8. An adult can accompany their child on the swing boats but not the other rides. (Accompanying adults do not need a wristband.)

The fairground rides will be outdoors so please dress appropriately for the weather. Please note, the meadow may be muddy.

Meeting point

Please head to the Visitor Centre on arrival to purchase your wristband. The fairground rides will be on the meadow.
