Kick off the season with our free February Half Term Garden Trail, designed to get young explorers outside and discovering nature as spring approaches. Follow the trail through the gardens and tackle fun activities along the way.
Afterwards, make sure you visit our café for a warming cup of hot chocolate!

Pick up a free trail sheet from Visitor Reception on your way in.
- What to bring and wear
This trail is outside so please ensure you wrap up warm and wear suitable footwear for uneven and often muddy paths.
- Accessibility
The garden is steep in places with steps and gravel, cobbles and grass pathways - please speak to staff on arrival for the best route for your needs. Disabled parking is available near visitor reception but there is some gravel in areas of the car park. Pushchairs are permitted in all areas of the garden. Take care, there are many open water areas around the garden.
