Autumn nature craft: clay owls and hedgehogs
Get cosy and creative this half-term with our autumn-themed craft making clay owls and hedgehogs before going on a ghost hunt with our Halloween trail.

Shape a little bit of autumn magic! Drop in any time between 11 and 3 to mould your very own clay owl or hedgehog, then decorate it with earthy textures and woodland colours.
All materials provided, just bring your imagination!
Please bring cash as there is a suggested donation of £2 per activity.

The crafts take place in the Squire's Room inside the main house. Ask for directions at visitor reception.
- What to bring and wear
It can be chilly in the house so please bring layers.
- Accessibility
Designated parking spaces for disabled visitors in the main car park. Gardens have a mixture of gravel and grass paths, some steep slopes, undulating terrain and steps. Assistance dogs are welcome in all areas of the site. Estate walks have undulated terrain - please wear suitable footwear.
