Easter Egg Hunt at Smallhythe Place

This spring, treat the whole family to a world of adventure at Smallhythe Place on an Easter Trail.

Make your way along the trail and find activities for the whole family.

The trail takes place between 28 March - 19 April 2026, from 11am - 4:30pm, with last entry at 4pm, so come along and explore the beautiful house and garden of Smallhythe Place.

Prices are £3.50 per trail which includes an Easter trail sheet, bunny ears and dairy or vegan and Free From* chocolate egg.

Hop into family-friendly adventures this spring with Easter-inspired games and activities, such as puzzles, bean bag throwing and dressing up.

*Suitable for people with milk, egg, gluten, peanut and tree nut allergies.

The basics

Suitability

This event is aimed at families, but everyone is welcome.

Meeting point

Visitors can purchase trail sheets at Visitor Reception.

What to bring and wear

The trail is mainly outside so please dress for the weather.

Accessibility

The trail route is accessible for pushchairs and wheelchairs. The pathway is level but can be muddy depending on weather. There is one activity in the house that includes taking the stairs to the first floor.
