Using Medicinal Herbs at home

Discover how to make your own herbal remedies for everyday ailments with medical herbalist Bel Charlesworth.

  • Booking essential

The day will start with a walk around Acorn Bank's wonderful herb garden and making a fresh herbal infusion for a tea tasting back in the work room. We'll explore Bel’s favourite medicinal herbs that can be used safely and effectively at home, and you'll have chance to make up your own relaxation tea blend to take home. After lunch, we'll return to the Herb Garden and then it's back to the work room for some herbal medicine-making, including tinctures, macerated oils, and a herbal balm to take home with you.
