Unleash your creative skills on one of the pumpkins for Halloween. We’ll prepare the pumpkins ready for you to get creative. All tools provided. Includes a tea light to take home with your pumpkin.

Pedestrian access and limited Blue Badge vehicle parking only onsite. Please use public pay and display car parks in Grasmere village and allow plenty of time before the event to find parking and walk up the hill to Allan Bank (approx 10 min walk up slight hill). Visitors can be dropped at the gate.
- Meeting point
Check in at the visitor welcome desk in the house to pay for admission to the house, or to scan your National Trust membership card.
- Suitability for children
Children must be accompanied by an adult.
- What to bring and wear
Pumpkin can be a messy business! Please dress for the activity.
- Other
There will be sharp plastic tools for carving the pumpkin.
