Follow in the footsteps of Sir Thomas Tresham on this interactive walking tour. Led by one of our volunteer guides in character as Sir Thomas himself, you'll journey from the Manor House through some of England's oldest Elizabethan gardens, discovering the stories, history and symbolism behind this remarkable estate. Complete your adventure by marvelling at the unfinished New Bield Lodge—an extraordinary vision of Elizabethan architecture, rich in mystery, ambition and hidden meaning. This 45-minute tour is suitable for all ages and involves approximately 1 mile of walking in total.
