From George Fox's vision on Pendle Hill to his time spent imprisoned in Lancaster Castle, and the many Friends meeting houses in the area. There is a long history of Quaker connections to the north of England. Gregory Wright, an award-winning Blue Badge Guide who specialises in the history of Lancaster and surrounding area, will talk through this fascinating movement, its influence and history in Lancashire and beyond.
