Book your place for tai chi sessions this Summer in Rufford Old Hall's peaceful garden.

Sessions take place on Tuesdays from 23rd June to 14th July. Maximum of 15 people per session.

Why not enjoy a visit to our Victorian tea-room for seasonal food and drinks after your tai chi session?

Tai Chi tickets also include admission to the grounds and tea-room. Normal admission charges apply to visit the house.

Please dress for the weather and wear suitable shoes for Tai Chi.
