Speke Hall's Bioblitz is a 24-hour event to record all plant and wildlife species within the varied habitats on site. With a rich history dating back to the 16th century, Speke Hall features diverse habitats such as woodlands, meadows, orchards, and gardens. To help highlight the importance of citizen science in conservation, we will be inviting visitors to take part in Habitat Discovery Walks, to enjoy nature-inspired craft activities, and learn from habitat experts on site.The BioBlitz will take place in collaboration with Merseyside Biobank. No sign-up or tickets are required, just come along, join in and help us understand Speke's amazing flora and fauna.
