As the house is on a busy road with no shelter we recommend you arrive no earlier than five minutes before the start of your tour.
The house is tucked away with no door number so you may need to count down from other houses to find us. Please wait at the bottom of the stairs and our guide will welcome you in when the tour is about to start.
To help us protect hand-painted floors please bring a pair of rubber soled slippers or thick, gripped socks to change into before you explore the house. Unfortunately it is not possible to go barefoot.
In order to preserve our delicate interiors we kindly ask you not to take photographs.
