One Day Spring Wellness Retreat: Sun 26 April, 10am-4.30pm

Escape the city and reconnect with nature with our partners on this one day wellness retreat in Morden Hall Park. Includes yoga, forest bathing, meditation & plein air guided painting.

Step away from the noise of everyday life and immerse yourself in a day of calm, creativity, and connection. Hosted by Connect With The Forest, this retreat invites you to experience the healing power of nature through a blend of mindful and creative practices.

What to Expect:

Start your day with gentle movement to energise and invigorate. Enjoy a grounding yoga practice designed to awaken body and mind, led by award winning yoga therapist and Be Happy Yoga studio founder, Lesley Muir. Yoga class is suitable for all levels.

Slow down with Forest Bathing led by Nigel Grimes, founder of Connect with the Forest. Experience a mindful, sensory walk in National Trust ancient woodland, enhanced with breathwork. Calm your nervous system, destress and reconnect with nature.

After lunch, move into Plein Air guided painting, led by internationally renowned artist and teacher, Irina Taneva. Learn to observe and express nature’s beauty with a step-by-step, beginner friendly outdoor painting class. Materials are provided.

No prior experience in Yoga, Meditation or Painting required – just bring your energy, curiosity and a willingness to discover!

Dress to be outside and bring a yoga mat. Food: Pack your favourite lunch or treat yourself in the Tea Room. Pre-booking essential - Limited spaces
